Beer Name: Scurry Nitro
Brewery: Off Color Brewing
Style: Kottbusser
Average Score: 76/100
ABV%: 5.3

What it looks like:

Zer0 head. Nitro charged was very frothy out of tap. Deep dark, even with concentrated light shining on the side, very deep brown, with tight bubbles and minimal lacing.

Appearance Score: 8

What is smells like:

Coffee and yeast with a dark roasted malt aroma, almost smokey.

Aroma Score: 20

What is tastes like:

Chocolaty roasted flavor. Spritely effervescence toward the end. Later sips seem lighter than the first few. Session-able yet flavorful, honey like notes.

Taste Score: 35

Probably my favorite portion of this is the smooth mouth feel then bright finish.

Mouthfeel Score: 13

Overall Notes:

Good flavor, not great, session-able without being memorable. Mouth feel if very smooth and the most impressive thing to my palette. All in all it is Average. It reminds me of a weakly constructed porter. I really like Off Color and have been very impressed with all of their brews, until now.
